Men on Motorcycles Picture

This is me and my grandson, Brennan, on what he refers to as "Papa's LSU Tiger bike." I bought this 2002 Suzuki Volusia when I learned to ride in 2004 after returning from my 2nd rotation to Kuwait with my Army Reserve unit. Brennan started begging to "ride motorcycle, Papa" last year so I put the rear seat and sissy bar back on, strapped on a car seat, and rode him around the neighborhood. He's hooked now! After I bought the bike, I added chrome trim around the fenders and tank, changed from a Cobra crash bar to a Linbar, changed to Kuryakyn grips and footpegs, painted the plain black support panels for my Leatherlyke bags, and added an LSU eye of the Tiger to them. I also added a light bar for that extra visibility and the additional cool factor. My wife and I rode our bikes (she has a Honda VTX 1300) to Atlanta last summer, which was a blast. I don't get to ride much right now because I'm still mobilized and am away from home most of the time, but I'll retire in 2008 and hope to get a lot more road time then. (Probably after I get my "honey-do book" down to a list) :). -- PapaJeff
