Motorcycle User Reviews - 2006 Harley-Davidson Dyna Super Glide Since the purchase of my '06 there has been a constant grin. I have been riding for 25+ years (3 shovels, 4 ironheads, nortons, trumps and 1 Yam). This new machine is the best. It starts and stops and is truly an all day ride. So comfortable in the twisties as well as the interstate. Six speeds w/ a broad flat torque curve and the response from the EFI --- I think this is love. There was a slight adjustment period. Being used to the ol 4-speed shovel, up and down shift points are different. Add higher compression and two four-piston calipers, man this thing really stops. The only complaint I have is a clunky sound in the 49mm front end under rapid compression (friggin pot hole). I recommend buying an injected Dyna.
